Terms & Conditions for Online Tee Time Bookings

Payment

To book a tee time online, please enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process.
Your payment will be processed within 48 hours of your booking.

Upon arrival at the Club, all visitors must check in at the Pro Shop.

Cancellation Policy

More than 72 hours before play:
You will receive a full refund to your credit/debit card.
Please contact the Club Office on 029 2084 2408 to arrange your refund.

Less than 72 hours before play:
No refund will be permitted.

Failure to Cancel

If you fail to cancel your booking and do not attend, no refund will be possible.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play because the course is closed (e.g., due to severe weather), your payment will be refunded in full.

Booking Transferable

Bookings are fully transferable.
If you are unable to make your tee time, you may offer it to someone else (e.g., a friend or family member). No notification to the Club is required for this.
