These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility.

Payment

To book a tee time online, please enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process.

Your payment will be processed within 48 hours of your booking.

On arrival, please check in at the Pro Shop.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before your date of play, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit card - please contact the Club office on 029 2084 2408 to receive your refund.

If you cancel your booking less than 72 hours in advance, then no refund will be permitted.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund possible.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), your payment will be refunded in full - please contact the Club office on 029 2084 2408.

Booking Transferable

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.
